RENTAL RULES

The maximum number accommodated is six (6) people.

Please include the names of all visitors – legal requirement for insurance purposes

  • Strictly NON-SMOKING.
  • No candles are not to be used.
  • Day time visitors are welcome, NOT suitable for use as a venue for a party or other such occasion
  • Please don’t wear dirty shoes upstairs.

Security/reservation deposit

A security deposit of £200 is required.  This must be received within 5 (five) days of booking the property.  The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival.  The deposit is NOT applied toward rent, however it is fully refundable within 7 days of departure, provided the following provision are met:

  • No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
  • No linens are lost or damaged.

Housekeeping Service

While linens and bath towels are included, a daily maid service isn’t however if you are staying for longer than 7 (seven) days a weekly change of said linens will be provided.

Fireplaces

Logs are provided and stored in the garage.

Please DO NOT leave a fire lit while out of the cottage.

Empty the ashes into the metal bins provided, then discard into the garbage bins at the back of the garage.

Parking

Two cars can fit into the parking area, three if double parked.  The area around the church can get busy during the weekends, so if you have visitors please be mindful of this.

Check-out policy

All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bins.

Kitchen surfaces wiped down.

Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and switched on.

Damp towels please place on the racks provided on the radiators in each bedroom.

The doors are locked, alarm set and back door keys placed back into the black box in the garage.
